Do not try this at home!!

So with the boys getting bored of the bubba-loons, they decided to get 2 lighters, one for each of them, and see how much damage they could do. I do not recommend trying any of this, however, knowing that I couldn't stop it, I did have to get pictures, and document it! So here are some pictures! Yes Landon did light one of the balloons while holding it, and than when it was on fire, started kinda waving it around. Also, yes, there is a balloon on the table that is on fire, it was the one that was on his finger, he threw it on the table! Very, very interesting night! Good thing I grew up with 4 brothers! I was telling Landon, I was sent to a family of 4 brothers to prepare for living with him, and his brother Wayne. Landon does do a lot of picking on me! But I'm used to it! I know he loves me. Enjoy the pictures!! P.S. Both of the lighters were empty bdefore they were ready to be done playing with fire, and bubba-loons!!

Remember bubba loons?

So a couple nights ago, Landon and I had to go pick up a present for my nephew for his birthday, as we are looking through k-mart, we found bubba loons. That is not what they used to be called, but I can't remember the name. So they used to come with a little straw, and the tube with the stuff to blow your own balloons. I remember getting so excited to go to the drug store, and be able to get some. They were so cool! So Landon and I bought some! We had fun playing with it for a little bit. So here are some pictures from the night. The picture with the flame, was just a little peak of what happened when the boys became bored, and Wayne read the packaging, with it saying do not play with around open flames. And so it begins!

A new start to a new life. So I live in a house that is almost 100 years old. It is a cute little house, but the people who lived here before, decided to do a "GREAT" job (or quick, mand just to get it done and out of the way ). So slowly things are getting fixed. First came the stairs. I'm really sad that I didn't get a before picture. The old stairs were horrible! I'm not very tall, and had to duck when going down the stairs. To go down to our room, there were maybe 8 stairs total, not even kidding. So here is a couple pictures of what it looks like now, and there will be completed pictures once it is finished. Man these stairs are so much nicer!

Hiking with the Hubby!

So just after I got married, Landon and I decided it would be fun to get some lunch, and maybe go for a short hike up little cottonwood canyon. We found this cute little picnic site, and got a couple of pretty good pictures! But am now just posting, because I finally was able to download the pictures to my laptop! So here they are.
